Friendly staff. Good price. New counters and fixtures in the bathroom and flooring.

Despite a very nice new bathroom, the shower curtain was an old dirty one. Room heater was loud but I had a small personal heater with me so just turned it off. Lighting was from total dark to stark bright so I purchased small night lights to help that.

Location 10 minutes to SFO.

Staff not professional,there are molds in the restroom,no elevator we have to carry our luggages in the 3rd floor,my wife fell in the stairs, not clear to us that we have to pay the children we never did pay before.the staff are very rude. not recommende

We had the king room which was quite big, also parking space available.Location was also okay, in a good neighboorhood across a supermarkted, parkingspace available. 15 minutes drive of San Francisco.

Airconditioning didn't really cool.

The room smelled like pee. The curtains were ripped. I didn't stay. I got a new hotel. They did not want to issue me a refund.

The only thing i liked about the property is that it is close to a gas station.

First the staff was very rude and unaccommodating. Second, the bed sheets were dirty and it had pubic hairs all over the bed. We had him change the sheets and the pillow cases.

The size of the room is nice and big. The refrigerator is good size as well.

The outside of the building makes you wonder at first if you made a wrong decision. Inside was clean, but smelt overly strong of Freebreeze. There's no coffee in rooms, which I'm pretty sure it states that there is. One other thing, bath towels are super small, there was no maid service any of our days there.

Our room was dirty and had stains on the blankets. The toilet would not flush for us either so we decided to book another hotel and stay there instead.

Quiet and no loud neighbors

The main door to the room had no deadbolt and was a little separated off the door frame

The location was convenient. With a gas station nearby and many food options, it was easy to leave and return the hotel for basic necessities.

The cleaning was a bit lack luster. The first night, they made 1 of the 2 beds we had and used both. They seemed stingy on the towels when we asked for extra for our long hair, they didn't sweep the floors thoroughly or perhaps at all while we were there and didn't seem to clean it at all the day before we left. I've stayed here before alone ans they cleaned the room better in a room with a single bed on my previous stays.

Very clean and spacious room.It was quiet while we were there. Comfortable king bed. Microwave and small fridge. Table&2chairs The only thing that could improve is larger soap bars. We had 3 but VERY small. The toilet needs repair as it caused us to "reset" the fill valve to fill tank to flush. We left before I had the chance to advise the office. No carpet which I was happy about. Floor was very clean not a spec of dust its wood grain vynel or some type of flooring.Our stay was great. Gentleman that checked us in very kind and professional.

Just as mentioned before, very small soap and toilet needed repair,but fortunately we were able to deal with it for 1 night
