The room had so many flies. I had to keep killing them on the wall. There was also crumbs near the pillows which means they did not change the bed sheets. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The room was very clean and with the necessary stuff. Owner and staff were very courteous and professional.

Was accused of marinuana smelll and charged with zero validity-I have never ever had this issue on this platform And that was the first Time I havw experienced that

The staff is rude, the housekeeper was loud and banging the walls and doors at 7:30 AM when I had been awake late From My Business trip.

the price was great. good location, near food and freeway. bed was comfortable. tv in the room was big.

Clean and quiet. Good place to get some rest in San Francisco without breaking the budget.

Shower water temperature could be a little warmer and the bed was a little saggy, but not too bad for the low price.

The owner was so pleasant to talk to! She apologized for not having candy when she saw my 6 year old grandson :). I love the fact that they concern themselves for their guests, especially the little ones. I will definitely stay there again! Very clean!

Dirty hotel! Dirt, stench, burn holes in the carpet, rust in the sink, everything is old, worn out and broken!!! The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life! I don't wish anyone to stay there!

Located away from the actual Main Street so less car noise. Lots of room availability.

Front desk greeter need to smile a little & show some enthusiasm that they have a Client.

No Hot water for 3 days that I know of because I changed hotel

I got bitten on my back, arms, and legs. I told lady at front desk. I reported it yet she went into denial, minimizing, and deflecting. I took another room, which I should have just left, facial, chin bites next am. It was a nightmare!!!

I didn't like the staff looking on my room and I didn't like the lady in the office knocking at the door mt last day there at 10:55 a.m telling me that she's reminding me that check out is @ 11:00 a.m

I paid the cancellation fee to not have to stay here. Staff was rude and unhelpful, hotel looked run down.

It was the worst and most disheartening experience ive encountered in all of my travels.

The fraudulent accounting and booking process's. Was kicked out for bon payment but they chared my card and took cash to equal at least 3 nights

Shuttle bus to airport

Price was outrageously high for booking at 7pm that night for that night after missing a flight. Assuming the price is so high, as there are not many hotels for guests who missed their flights to stay at so they can take advantage of that.

Staff were gracious and professional. Rooms were surprisingly nice and very clean.

Why this motel only has 1 star, stumps me. The rooms are amazing. The beds, so comfy. The decor was beautiful.

The outside looks a little rough, but don't let that fool you. There was a hot breakfast, listed on your add, that wasn't available but we were told they had changed hands.

Newly remodeled, modern, clean, large TV in room.

Included breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee...thats it.
