The owners are very kind. Close to BART, SFO airport, Costco, bus route, Kaiser Hospital etc

That its small not a huge hotel with to many people and it never smells bad like cigarettes

Bed does make alot of noise

Facility pretty quiet for a weeknight; Dish TV helped for a night that I had to stay in the room, and the wireless worked fine

Too bad they're so close to the international-flight runway at SFO, but that's not controllable

Convenience, excellent supportive motel staff, clean spacious room with good water pressure. Off street, in courtyard well lit parking for my motorbike. Excellent spot for a short or long term stay.

No. Only shortcoming is lack of coffee in room or office, but that was easily remedied by nearby convenience stores & fast foods providing coffee.

Nice and big room. 25 minutes drive from the traveling spots of san fransisco. Lots of restaurants in yhe area.

The parking wasn't comfortable. But there was enough parking even when we came late

A great comfortable week stay at All Seasons Lodge in South San Francisco. I travelled for work so it was a little hectic but All Seasons made my stay very comfortable. Great spacious room, extremely clean, great wifi and accessible to all nearby places. The best part - property managers were really warm and coordial and helped me with everything through the day. The room also gets cleaned everyday so nothing to worry about. You can see the sunrise and the sunsets too - which are delightful. 10/10 experience.

The room was clean and you can tell it was remodeled with an updated feel. Overall it was fine. The location was okay. The room was clean and enough for a nights stay. Staff was fine. If I had to stay here again, I would.

Parking is available but tight to navigate. Not much around to walk to for nightlife. If you're in need of a place to stay for night coming into town or leaving town, it will work. The price could have been better.

Motel did not change sheets or clean after the 1st day.We booked for 2 beds and only got 1 bed.

Comfortable bed

There was black MOLD on the ceiling in the bathroom, the room had an unpleasant smell. The motel was under construction so it was not pleasant to hear that noise all day long!! Parking is a nightmare to say the least!!! The room was not clean! Hair on the towels on the walls of the shower and all over the floor.... disgusting! I would not recommend this place at all!!!

When i got stuck at the airport overnight, the All Seasons provided an economical option that wasn't too far away.

Cleaner than expected, bed was comfortable

Staff not friendly, room had a bit of a musty smell, always on fan setting didn't work, loud airplanes rattling roof

Checking in was fast and smooth. The room had a good amount of working space for laptops. There was good wifi and the cable tv was nice to have. The ac/heater worked perfectly fine and the shower had good water pressure. I would definitely stay here again for the value.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better based on some strands of long hair around the floor and tub. The toilet seemed to leak water behind it. The cleaning service was not daily and seemed to only be cleaned after checking out. There was no extra toilet paper provided by the maids.

Nice, comfortable room. Very quiet despite being on a busy road. Staff were friendly.

I realize prices are getting higher and higher, but $100 a night on a Thursday is a bit much.

Location was quiet, staff was very kind. They didn't have WiFi because it was down but all amenities were met. A lot of food location and mall is down the street.

The front desk was helpful. Mr Manu went out of his way to help us with our luggage since he could not provide a ground floor room.

There was no coffee maker in the room. No breakfast.

I was put in a room away from the Main Street. Very quiet.
