Cleanliness and staff.

To expensive for quality of room. Motel is old, but owners are remodeling and updating it.

It was quiet and close to amenities.

Our price was supposed to include breakfast, but they don't offer breakfast - not even coffee (neither in room nor "lobby"). The person next door was smoking marijuana all night then in the morning, but no one was available in the office to help.

The carpets were cleaned just before out arrival and it was damp for our entire stay. The manager was also unclear about the pet deposit. On the phone I was told it was $20 total. When I arrived I was told $20 a day.

In the main center of the city

Hotel listed with "free breakfast" filter, but there is no breakfast. They just have free coffee. They are misleading with wrong information about "free breakfast"

Great location. Easy parking: right in front of the door to your room. Restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff/owners.

Some of the bathroom surfaces could’ve been cleaner. (Fingerprints on the magnifying mirror and spots on the stainless surface made me wonder if anything had been wiped.) The mattress was worn out but I still slept well.

Towels did not look clean, sheets/blankets did not look clean, curtains had burn marks and cuts, bed was very uncomfortable, "breakfast" which was just coffee/donuts didn't start until 9, just overall was not what we expected

Location was right across from Timber Cove Beach and Peir and was a perfect place just to lay your head so you can save money for the many activities available on the lake

Website indicated that there was an outdoor pool. There was not. Though not the hotels fault, there was road and sidewalk construction literally right in front of the hotel for the whole time we were there

How could this be a 2 star. No pool ( filled in with dirt )

The price was awesome and close location to the wedding we were in town for. The air conditioning worked like a charm.

The shower was super small.The furniture was stained.The room was cramped and the locks on the door were sub par-questionable safety. It was a ground floor room. I also didn't like having to write down my credit card information and my address. Suspicious

Location

Definitely an "about" 2 Stars hotel/motel... not more, but as expected. It was an economic dayroom for us. Wouldn't have sleep there for a night. Just took a nap. Bed was not that comfortable (metallic).

Close to main road

Room smelled like smoke and it was not clean. There were ants on the tables and also a roach found on the bed sheets. We complained and all they did was spray the tables. Room was also expensive .

It was located very close to the beach we wanted to visit.

The pool was filled in with dirt, there was a woman screaming 2 doors down and the hotel manager did nothing about it. She screamed all night and morning. It was overall kind of a scary place given the alcohol bottles outside and the psycho next door.

In the center of South lake Tahoe. The manager was friendly and helpful. No hassle at all.

Cleanliness can be improved, specially the sheets had hair and spots.

Heater worked well. Bed is comfortable. It was easy to get to my car and hit the slopes in the morning.

The shower is small with a very low lip and a curtain that doesn't feel like it insulates enough. TV is standard definition.

Location. It is in heart of Lake Tahoe. Marketplace and beach are nearby.

Swimming pool was not available. When asked we were told that only during long weekend they make it available. Breakfast was only fruits,donuts.We expect atleast cereal and bread butter.Does it really cost to have these basic options?

The bathroom. Pretty sad when the highlight of the hotel is the bathroom.

Site and picture advertised a pool. Pool was empty. Staff was apologetic, but did not offer to reduce the rate. Room was cramped with one bed pushed right up against the air conditioning unit. Air conditioner didn't even work.

The hospitality and the promptness of the staff is fantastic. The owner of the hotels also see to it that the stay of the guests is safe and comfortable. The hotel is at convenient location and closer to heavenly gandola, indian restaurant, CVS, Safeway.

Good location. Staff were willing to switch rooms and were courteous.

Moved rooms to a larger one on opposite side of driveway. No extra roll of toilet paper. Sheets were flimsy and did not stay on bed. There was a blood spot on bottom sheet. Free breakfast was donuts in very small office. Coffee was in room.

The manager was rude, didn't seem to want to help nor seemed to care, watched us park and get out of our car. Parking was really small for big cars.

Sheets were not clean, had stains on the sheets, random hair on the sheets, beer cap under small table.

The room space is good, breakfast is not good at all. bathroom has some dirt need to be more clean.
