Loved the lodge vibes and the location is unbeatable! Going to the beach right from my room was a dream.

A couple of things I wish I had known before booking: floor are old and creaky, I could easily hear neighbors walking around after midnight, the fridge didn't work, couldn't sleep w fireplace on.

The walkout to the lakefront and the fireplace! It was great to wake up to such a beautiful view of the lake! Easy walking distance to restaurants and close to heavenly California lodge.

The top bedspread smelled of B.O... could have used more pillows and the bathroom was a bit chilly

The hotel location is awesome right by the water,you have cross the st. Restaurants, grocery store, CVS.Room was spacious you can see the beach right from the room, al dough it was a bit dated but the view really compensated all. The staff was very nice!

Location is great ! Its right on the beach. Room seemed recently renovated.Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils needed.I knew that apartment is not air conditioned before booking, so it was not a surprise for me and moreover they had a fan in room.

Bed was mentioned as queen sized bed, but it seemed smaller than the usual queen though. Bath tub was smaller compared to other hotels i have stayed so far.

Late in the evening, we discovered the hot water tank was not working in the apartment we rented. The manager immediately apologized, moved us to another apartment & gave us a bottle of wine. Both apartments were comfortable, clean & well decorated.

No. We've stayed here before and will stay here again.

The outside needed an updated paintjob. There was an owl and other birds chirping outside our room early in the mornings of our stay. Probably need to update brass keys with keycards.

This hotel has beatiful view of lake.my family really enjoyed staying here.staff is very pleasant and helpful.the hotel is very family friendly.

Great view of the lake, courteous staff.All the reviews were mostly correct but the grand view of Lake Tahoe in the sunset and the morning for the price easily outweigh any negative reviews.

The hotel is bit outdated like other reviews, the wall is really thin.

Great location - right on the lake with a spectacular view. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cozy with gas fireplace. The appliances were dated but so clean and well maintained it really just added a vintage charm to the room.
