- Clean room, good breakfast
- Big rooms and cleanliness. Room is in great location.
Cons -
- We stayed in Room 208, which was very noisy due to traffic outside. The room above us was also loud — people would get up around 5 a.m. and make banging sounds, making it hard to sleep.
- The customer service needs improvement. The staff at the front desk sat in her chair and didn't give me eye contact durin checking in. The hotel did not come with a free parking. I think paying $--- per night should have come w/ a free parking.

This hotel exceeded expectations. The beautifully decorated room, delicious continental breakfast, the hotel staff's warmth and very welcoming nature, and the pool and hot tub made for a wonderful experience worthy of a five-star rating.
