Americana Village

The grounds were very relaxing with an abundance of beautiful flowers and lounge chairs scattered throughout the lawn area. Use of the bicycles was an added benefit. It was easy to ride the level bike path to a nearby beach.

Old school with metal keys even, but nicely appointed and maintained. Friendly, hard-working staff. Walking distance to the action, but felt apart from it at night. Bed was comfortable.

No Air Conditioning. We were warm but not that uncomfortable.

With the kitchenette in the room we were able to save money and make meals for the family. It was small but we were able to make do.

Parking is a bit tough but we always managed to get a spot.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Heated pool,breakfast, kitchenette. Friendly staffs...omg I loved it. My kids loved it too..coffee, free popcorn and free DVD movies.i will definitely go back again.

Only .7 miles from the beach. Cute hotel. Decent room. Decent continental breakfast. Extra activities for kids. Pool. Would stay again.

All though it was a motel it was an extremely nice motel. Far exceeded typical places for the same star rating.

Apolstry and general decor was outdated but in no way bad.

The warm outdoor swimming pool and hot tub is nice. Staff are friendlly and the location is perfect!

The kitchenette in our suite room is too tiny, the cooker is the travel size one and there is no oven. It's still good if you just need to warm up the food. Cooking is not convenient in that tiny space.

Looked like regular motel, but once I stepped in it was nice and clean. I liked 1 bd suite I stayed in.

The hotel is conveniently located and nicely set among the trees. The room we stayed in was a king suite, newly remodeled and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our stay was very enjoyable, we could walk to most places.

The bathroom is a little small but new and clean. The pool and hot tub are small.

Spacious accommodations with a kitchenette was perfect. Love the activities available, the tables, bbq, games, etc. Nice pool and sauna. Beautiful landscaping.

It would be nice to have air conditioning.

The room was awesome. I loved the full refrigerator and items in the kitchen to make us feel like home. I also loved that it felt like we had two rooms side by side each with a TV for ourselves and our daughter.

Breakfast was kind of odd being given the food and not much variety compared to another location we were at prior, so we were not too impressed. Some staff giving out food could also be nicer. The dry spa also didn't work too well.

The staff was very nice and always there for us. I must mention Randy who is such a good guy and was ready to help us with anything we needed and told us wonderful stories about the town and Lake Tahoe. Also recommended a few places to go eat. Great experience. Rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The pool and the hot tub are very well maintained. Also there were free bikes for rent and every evening fun activities at the Americana. What I loved are the free DVD movies for rent. The place is perfect and I would recommend this place to anyone!
