It was close to Stateline.

A/C was broken so noisy fan was used. Not that clean, missing blind slates, very noisy people outside the rooms next door.

Person on staff wouldn't let me check in. I'd unexpectedly had to walk to a nearby hotel for late check in at Pinewood. When I complained about that, she decided that she refused to check me in for my prepaid room. I had to find another hotel after 12am.

There was no coffee pot in the room, and I had to leave before the coffee would be ready in the lobby of the other hotel connected to this hotel. The woman behind the desk allowed me to borrow her kettle, so I could boil water for my coffee.

It's very old, and the rooms are very small. There was not a closet, and no air conditioning. Only a very old fan in the room. They had to use a few extension cords around the room, which makes one feel that might be a fire hazard.

Cleanliness, refrigerator and microwave were in clean and in great condition

No air conditioning, shower spray a little weak

Very accommodating. We got A second story room. Since my wife is handicap they switched us to a lower handicap room.

This property is the worst experience ever. I extended my stay and paid cash for the second night. The owner saw our dog in our car and accused us of having the dog inside. She told us to vacate and she would return my payment. She kept the $_

The front desk girl claimed to be the owner, she's a lier and thief. I'm sure she pocketed my cash after making untrue allegations. PLEASE POST TO SITE! BEWARE!

I got the room for the jacuzzi and I was told numerous times not to use it and I would have to pay $100.00 to use it and if anything broke I’d have to pay that too.

The staff was rude!! There was not a king bed in the room like we paid for. My starter went out in my van and they were mad I could not move it right then and there. Plus your app doesn’t let you know that there is going to be a deposit when you get the

Fire code violations, half parking lot full of snow over 5 feet high, Wifi didn't work in room. Wifi amazing lack of technical knowledge when it was installed incorrectly in the hotel. Room floor uneven, light with no switch, bed lumpy,

The owner/operators incredibly rude. hotel is in waking distance of everything, unfortunately they literally yelled at myself and my guest that we had to take our car with us. Worst customer service, One star is to generous for this place.Dont stay here

Location close to everything by walking distance

Bedcover had a large stain and looked dirty and old. Pillows were not clean and smelled like head grease from previous guests. Mattress was very old and sank with no support. I felt the owners are cheap and didn't spend money on the smallest things.

No lotion and I happened to forgot bringing mine. Water pressure was low. TV is too old.
