The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For reservations that are one night only, the entire stay will be charged. For reservations longer than one night, the first night stay will be charged to pre-authorize the credit card. Cancelation fees apply when reservation is canceled within the 48 hours policy. Cancelation is first night penalty. Customers can cancel or modify only if the reservation is outside the 48 hours policy. If the reservation is obtained through a discounted rate (any promo) then there is no cancelation, only modification. Dogs are the only pets allowed at the property. Maximum of 2 dogs. Please contact the property for fees and details. Starting 1 February 2017, the property will only provide maid service every other day to all stay overs, but they have the choice to offer daily service if the guest requests it at check-in.
