Quality Inn South Lake Tahoe

Value for money. Clean. Good beds and shower. Parking. On 3rd floor refurbished room with 2-Queen beds, very comfortable. Breakfast okay. However…..

All comfort went away when at 22:00 PM our neighbours (couple) arrived in the connecting room. They had a lot to talk about, because the spoke whole night until 4:45 AM and one of them went out every half hour. They were not extremely loud or bad behaving, not at all, just speaking / conversations. However the walls and connecting door are so thin, you here everything and thereby you will not be able to sleep. So the real comfort depends on your neighbours.

There was a mistake with my reservation and the girl who was checking in helped me get everything right. Throughout the process she was very kind and struggled to find a suitable solution. The cleaning staff also did a good job and were very respectful.

The double beds were very small. They didn't seem to be Queen.

The bed was not comfortable and the sheets kept coming off the corners

The location is good, close to downtown and gondola

During the night of our stay there we hear incredibly loud noise from the shower pipes, when someone from the next rooms turned on shower it always sounded like they were being in our room. Also there was no connection to the front desk which was in the next building. The phone in the room didn’t work.
