- The motels price and its location to get to Harveys for a concert. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fine.
- The location was perfect to avoid the costs of the larger hotels on a concert night!

Cons -
- They do not have anyone on-site after 5pm. For "self-service check-in", they text a key lockbox code. I reserved two rooms but only got the code for 1. I called and texted them, but nobody responded for over an hour, when we finally got the 2nd room code.
- The room was clean but the exterior of the motel needed cleaning. We could not get the TV to work, but we spent very little time in the room.
- Check in at 3, meant check in at 3. The hotel needs a complete overhaul, starting with bedding and pillows!
