- The location was fantastic.
- The location, close to Stateline and beaches
- The lady at the front desk was friendly. She was not the owner, sounded like she usually works in maintenance. She needed to ask the owner for some assistance with our check in, and the owner was a lot less friendly, mostly grumpy, in fact.
Cons -
- Pictures don't match what you get. But the price was decent. They really need to just scrap the old blankets, they have a tobacco smell. The room was cleaned, but many spots were missed. It needs a deep clean, paint. Exposed table saw near bar area.
- Not very clean, looked like there were permanent residents living there, our room was near a bunch of bags just full of trash and some broken down cars, pool was drained, toilet wasnâ≢t even sealed into the bathroom floor
- Filthy. Linens were not washed. We found used hair items in the sheets & spit on side of bed. We would have left but it's high season and area had no vacancies. I stayed in $5 Motel Mexico that seemed like the Ritz compared to this $--- a night dump.
