- It was prime location, and very clean.
- The staff were amazing. Very courteous, helpful, and just delightful to talk to. They are good ambassadors for Solvang and the hotel. We also liked having the bikes available. And finally (this is a funny one) I loved the sink.
- The hotel is well maintained and staff was very friendly prior to checking in with regards to splitting payment for 2 rooms.

- The front room #4 had street traffic starting around 6:00 am. But the staff was very good about switching our room.
- Wished the hotel guarantees a parking spot for each room. During my stay, when I returned to the hotel at 6:30 p.m. there were no parking spots and had to park on the street. The hotel should have enough spots for every room and perhaps assign spots.
