- The balcony
- Being able to park closer to your room is very nice.
- The staff was helpful and polite.
Cons -
- The heater didn't work. It was very cold in the room. When we had breakfast, I felt a bad vibe when the staff were just looking at us eat. My husband went to order me a omelet and the staff asked my husband "Are you ordering again". What is it to them!
- Was confused about the layout at first but was helped by front desk and given a map.
- This hotel needs to let guests know they don?t have an elevator!! I saw an elderly man fall on the stairs with no help! Not acceptable! And I had a stroller and no one let me know.
