Wish the pool & hot tub stayed open longer. Hard close at 10PM. Couldn’t make the pool after long softball tournament.

Great location- close to many food options, shopping and not too far from the beach. Hotel also offered guests complimentary cookies and coffee!!

The staff is Amazing. At arrival I was notified that I was receiving a room upgrade. The room was huge. Beautiful. Just remodeled. Morning breakfast was great as always. I really love staying at the Pacific Inn.

Great service and clean rooms. Gave us parking passes even though the room wasn't ready (was trying to check in early) was able to go eat near by and not worry about parking

Almost a perfect stay all the way around (location, price, cleanliness, customer service).

Not keen on a 4:00 pm check in; not a fan of an automatic $100 deductible; and the shower had low pressure. Was a perfect stay otherwise.

the room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was beautiful...pool and Jacuzzi area very tempting but it rained.

Bathtub could use non-skid mat. Breakfast was pretty sketchy at 8 am. Waffle batter was thin like water...didn't make decent waffles. Need to have sugar-free syrup and jams, please.

The staff was excellent! Friendly and professional. Shuttle from airport was a nice perk. We also utilized the shuttle to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. Had a great time and the location of the hotel was only a few blocks from the beach!

Staff pleasantly handled all issues. Facility clean and comfortable. All rooms have balconies. Elevator for all rooms on second and third floor. Parking is first level. Walking distance to so many things. A great little town.

Love balconies. When you sit in provided chairs, you can?t see over banister. We?ve already made plans to bring light weight stools

The pillows were not sleeping pillows, they were couch pillows. The room was dark, dank and not very clean. it is very old looking.

The location (nice and easy walk to Main Street restaurants and shops, the pier and beach). Free parking at the hotel. The room had been updated and was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard, but nice to have 5:30-10am.

The exterior could use some paint to brighten things up. The balcony railing blocked my view. The pool is in an interior atrium area and the sound (kids playing) carries. The pool closes at 10:00 p.m., so not a big deal, but may bother some.

Great bed. Good location to get to long beach or freeway or walk downtown
