they charged me a $200 fee!!!! I didn't destroy anything they are saying I destroyed the bed lininng???? My brother might have spilt a little ice cream on the sheets that was it.

Property got stolen and they didn't want to go over the footage. They couldn't accommodate extra blankets so I slept on the floor with just a pillow.

The hotel was easy to get to and it was easy to get to other places.

The hotel staff did not know about the local resturants. They did not know about local events. The desk clerk brought us missing towels. Later the maid took away all the other towels. It seemed like the staff did the minimum for our stay.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just off of 17 and a variety of rooms were still available for my very last minute booking.

A lot of the rooms are centered around the pool area and there is a fair bit of noise associated. If hoping for a quiet stay, it can be disappointing. Guests were also quite loud in the passage ways fairly late at night.

Pool, hot tub, and breakfast. Front desk was wonderful, helping my family of 10 to feel comfortable by having our 3 rms close to each other. She was so sweet.

Lots! Old carpet in rooms. No windows that you could open. Dark. Felt like it had never been renovated. Parking was difficult and the last night you had to park in the street. It felt very closed in. The first room had a toilet that did not work.

The room was large, well appointed, good bed/pillows. And surprisingly quiet. My minimal contact with staff was very good, always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was better than I expected, a good variety with fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and more

The parking was an issue with several construction trucks and CDF vehicles.

Outstanding service! The manager provided an incredible experience during our stay. Always available to take care of customers. Very polite and responsive to customers needs. The location is excellent and the rooms were clean and well maintained.

The staff were the best part of the stay here at Best Western, Scotts Valley. The premises and rooms were also very clean...there was an issue with hot water..( not enough of it )but I think that was because they were at maximum capacity.

Very clean hotel and room, pleasant staff, decent breakfast, good price. Too cold to use the pool or jacuzzi but they were available.

parking in either lot is a little tight if you have a truck or big SUV.

The motel was fine but this was not a $--- a night experience. There was dog poop in front of our room during our entire stay, two parking spots should have been dedicated for compact cars only or not used at all and walls are paper thin

Hot tub, breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

When people were outside your door and talked you could hear them like they were in your room. Some very late at night and woke us up. The price was too high.

The bed was fantastic !!!! The free breakfast was nice with plenty of options.

The parking lot was crowded and difficult to get in and out. I had to back up, turn around and then go out every time. The bathroom area was very small for 2 people.

We would never stay here again, The room was so dirty in every way except the bed. Carpets, chair,tables etc were sticky and dirty. Breakfast was ridiculous. No butter for the bagels or anything else. Front desk was not concerned with our complaints.

Everything was below par for a Best Western Plus. I believe they probably need good staff.

Not much to dislike, except the room carpets were old and dingy/stained. Recommend ripping out all room carpeting and replacing with high-traffic vinyl flooring that would be much easier to clean.

Hotel staff was kind, helpful and accommodating.

The To Go breakfast that was offered was very unhealthy and no substitutes were offered.

Very comfortable room and amenities. I was so impressed with the check in process and surprised that breakfast was provided in to go bags. Definitely planning to stay here again!

The room was clean, well decorated, and quite large. And the bed was very comfortable.
