Great view from our room! Staff is helpful and friendly.

Bathroom could benefit from grab bars for older guests.

Great location in downtown Sausalito, friendly staff.

Not thrilled about paying $30 for parking, they did not have this charge in the past.

The location is perfect for wandering around Sausalito. The room was quiet and easily accessible from the street.

The room lacked ambience. The small refrigerator and coffee maker were in the armoire so it didn't smell very good. No place to hang clothes(I was there for two nights).

Front desk staff is very accomidating and shared requested information regarding local establishments and fun places. Located right in the middle of town and very convenient to Sausalito

Great location, nice bed, good pillows, great towells, fantastic views and I received a courtesy call from management concerning my check in. Based on the silly things I referenced, it's easy to see I'm in hotels weekly

The location is fabulous and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms vary in both size and location so some are bigger than others.

I was in a small room - it was decent for one person. Not a very high-touch service but if you're looking for clean in a good location, this is a great place. Steps away from all the shops and restaurants, and the water. I do recommend.

Not a lot of flexibility in early check in/late check out. But not a dealbreaker.

This is a very nice hotel close to the water and right downtown. Ideal setting in what feels like a small town before the first ferry arrives and after the last ferry leaves. We had a nice park view from room 2007. We would stay again.

Location. This very clean and the staff is very nice

We loved the location and the intimate size of the hotel. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the art work along the hallway. The corner room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed.

When we used the plumbing there was a loud screeching sound coming from the bedroom ceiling that sounded like someone pulling a large piece of furniture across the floor (though we were on the top floor). Seems like the sound is related to the water supply pipes. We were staying in the corner room with the round bay window facing the street. This was quite disturbing to us during our stay.
