It was good size room

The price was extremely expensive for short term use. When we tried to reserve for a month the price was ridiculous

Convenience/proximity to the highway

Told the front desk staff member working that evening that someone's lights were on in the parking lot in one of the handicapped parking spots and he shrugged and said, "oh well, that's their problem". I can understand if he didn't have a way of matching the car to the guest but he could have said that in a nicer way. I grew up in Santa Rosa and that is not the way I was raised to treat guests.

the cleanliness of utensils and the room/kitchen and hospitality of the staff

The price for the room was more than reasonable. The kitchen appliances were very helpful. Room was very clean.The staff was nice and helpful. I think the man that helped us was named Fermin and he was very efficient and nice.

I think the location was a little too close to the freeway, but you honestly don't hear the noise in your room. I think it was just kind of inconvenient to have to go down to the lobby to get shampoo.
