Pros +

  • The location of this hotel was amazing!
  • The staff and the customer service was excellent. I came there with my two infant children and they treated me with the upmost respect they help me with my bags, into my room, and out of my room,
  • The staff was very welcoming and made me feel like I was home away from home as it was a staycation for the New Year.

Cons -

  • The overnight parking fee was crazy excessive!
  • Parking is expensive the counter check in people are rude.
  • Yes. I wasn't aware that this was not a full service hotel. There we no bell boy services, the bathroom wasn't fully equipped and I had to ask the staff for various missing things. Also, the parking for quite expensive.

The location of this hotel was amazing!
