- The staff. The parking op...supposedly separate from the hotel sucks. The "valet" drove off with our car & luggage; they couldn't find our keys - he hadn't given us a card. I wasted 3 hours looking for the car & luggage and arguing with dimwits.
- Front dest was very helpful, cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.
- The hotel is nice and clean, and not far from the beach and the Santa Monica pier.
Cons -
- Air did not work They had us Change rooms to a smaller room No service of room. Very disappointing
- You are trapped, no parking spots. $55/night parking. Mediocre food, except the french onion soup. Very high prices! We live in Santa Monica - so we know the drill here. And they added a $150 resort fee. f...... pitiful!
- Valet/bell hop. Unorganized, unhelpful
