- The place was decorated nice and the staff was very helpful and caring. The room was comfortable and clean.
- The hotel management was friendly and willing to meet our families needs! The rooms and service were above and beyond our expectations! Excellent stay!

Cons -
- The way the hotel is built you can hear a lot of the hotel guest coming in and out. However it was mainly in the late evening and early mornings, and didn't last too long. We were still able to sleep ok.
- Room was not ready, only one main elevator, tight parking in rough area of town.
- Poor installs = Bathroom Sliding Door won't fully close; leaves wide gap & Shower Door slides open constantly about 12"; water floods floor. New Mattress needed. Rm 105 has noise from lobby & rear of building. Parking is shared with Denny's. Bad night.
