Pros +
- Breakfast in the restaurant was OK. But is was impossible to reach the room service to order breakfast in the room.
- It was a great location. Walkable to everything! Loved that it was just off State street in a quiet area but close to shopping. Found wonderful coffee shops/ bakeries (Lilac) and cafes. Used the hotel bikes to beach board walk. Will be back.
- They were so amazing and accommodating. They sent champagne and chocolate strawberries to the room because we had gotten married. So sweet and very nice huge room

- The room service just never answered calls, either from the button on the phone or from the phone itself.We had two rooms, one overlooking a parking lot and the other one a wall.
- We booked a King room with juliette balcony. Our room was located on the fifth floor and we were pleasantly surprised with two balconies. The room was large and well furnished. Cozy and calming decor. We had a corner room so it was quite large. The only thing that was unpleasant about our room was an HVAC return located in the closet. I thought it was the safe making strange noises, but the engineer came up to check it out and said there was nothing they could do about it. The unfortunate part was that this noise went off every five minutes on the dot. The quieter noise would last about 30 seconds, the louder more annoying sound lasted about 10 seconds.
