- Excellent and clean accommodation. Free parking and great breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms and outstanding staff.
- Clean & updated. Breakfast was enjoyable; scrambled eggs, egg white omelette's, pork sausage links, nice breakfast potatoes, bread, bagels, muffin variety, cinnamon rolls hot/cold cereals, pancakes (were just O.K.), juices,coffee. Pool was great.

- The front desk staff, except Cherine, were extremely cold and unhelpful, which made it the worst Holiday Inn experience for me. Cherine was the only one that shows kindness and sympathy towards people in need. I hope this review don't get her in trouble.
- I had accident outside hotel, the staff did not care to get some ice ,it felt very rude. I know that is not their responsibility but sympathy would have been nice. we stayed in the same room on Tues night and Sat night and the bathroom floor was not clean
