- The service is five star. Wonderful Staff
- location of the hotel is 7 minutes away from John Wayne airport and conveniently right next to the freeway.
- Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.
Cons -
- Constant loud door slamming and heavy footsteps above made it hard to sleep. One particular bar staff member was rude and lacked basic courtesy, leaving a poor impression. $10 parking fee/night.
- There is a huge highway construction site next to hotel. The management did not disclose this before the booking and could not do anything to stop it.
