Guests must sign the property House Rules and Guest Agreement electronically prior to check-in. The agreement link will be sent to the phone number and email address provided in the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 40.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
