The beds were so hard it was very uncomfortable and in the staff was unable to get me in first I had to go three times very upsetting and I asked her first floor. They put me on second floor. My mom is not able to walk up that steps.
One of beds didn't have a blanket went to office they said they didn't have anymore

The area was very sketchy, people outside all night, the beds had only sheets, NO blankets! Front desk said ?out of blankets?. The floors were dirty, smelled like urine! Sign on door stated to make sure to use BOLT lock but it didn?t work!
