- Not bad for an older place. Price for the weekend was by far better than those around area. Iwe weren't in the room long anyways.
- location to Hearst Castle
- Clean room and floor. Close to the beach and Hearst Castle. Beds were good. Hot shower.
Cons -
- I saw spider and ants in room
- The overwhelming smell of cigarettes in my aunt's room. Also, although my room was clean, I did find a towel hanging behind the bathroom door.
- Poor landscaping. Weeds could pulled out by the pool
