Staff were professional and friendly. It was quiet and clean. Parking was easy. Conveniently located to dining and shopping.

Hotel with motel rooms. The rooms were outdated and the bath tub clogged when showering.

Early check in availability

Room 171 can be noisy from the outside, cigarette smoke can permeate from the outside

I was checked in a dirty room with dirty and wet towels unmade bed and a trash can with trash in it

Hotel may have an issue with the hot water system. The hot water was available during the morning hours but during the evenings where I prefer to shower.

Front door broken. Access by rough cobblestone walk to back door. TV didn't work. Took over an hour to fix. Wifi didn't work.

Nice staff

Patio seating is wide open to other rooms with patio, no separation, plants overgrown, glass patio door did not glide easily jumped along track was heavy. No hot water called, waited 1.5hrs call back maintenance finally came another 30min to fix it.

The front desk staff was exceptional. Every single one of them. I stayed in the hotel for a week while work was being done on my house, so it was a complicated situation and every guest services agent treated me kindly, patiently and with flexibility!

Housekeeping was instructed several times to not make up my room before 1 PM. They pounded on my door numerous times prior to that and yelled through the door. That communication needed to be reinforced after I mentioned it the first time.

Location and price

The air conditioner leaked all over my shoe during the night. My shoe was so wet I couldn't wear it. Management did nothing when I told them at the front desk. Made me wonder about the room's mold potential?

Super clean, great location to ice cream, bagels, Safeway grocery store, the interstate highway, super friendly staff and the room was outstanding. Great pool and pool areas

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was included with the room price. The food was better than adequate.

Staff only cleaned rooms every other day.

Located next to highway and business park. Parking lot felt strange and isolated. Had to park car in back of building to get to room, which was weirdly far away from the lobby. Room was small, decently clean, but not the best kept up.
