Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael at Marin Center

Staff trying very hard to provide good service under poor ownership/management conditions. Understaffed Hotel.

Evening Restaurant food appears to be frozen food microwaved or reheated in oven. Breakfast was basic and plentiful. Complimentary bar drinks is a good benefit.

Location to the Guide Dogs for the Blind campus.

Some minor repairs needed to the room. Toilet paper holder is broken, sink stopper is broken, sofa was stained.

I asked for my room to get cleaned and they did not clean it and I told them I would be out by 11:00 am

Fire drill and we on the second floor, not on the bottom room as requested

We were allowed to check in earlier than check in time and this was very much appreciated so we didn?t have to run around SF with all our luggage.Great gym with excellent equipment, breakfast was good but arriving early is always better.

Staff at San Rafael Except for front desk and bar section seems do not want to be bother, rude when I ask hot the evening 5-630 services. Same thing with kitchen and room services. No one did my bed or pick up towels .

Convenient location, Happy Hour.

Hotel was poorly prepared for July 4th crowd. Breakfast was a zoo and Happy Hour was an hour (or so it seemed) waiting in line to get to the bar. Snacks were not as good as I remember (only chips and salsa, limited cheese, gold fish crackers).

The breakfast was excellent! The evening snacks were a nice surprise. Having 2 beds and a couch helped our kids have their own space.

The best part of the hotel was the parking and location of the hotel as well as complimentary drinks and ammenties the hotel had.

Something I did not like during my stay was that I stayed 2 nights and there was no cleaning service done on the 2nd day the room wasn?t cleaned or no new towels and bedding was given the room was left as the same.

Embassy Suites is my preferred hotel due to its free made-to-order breakfast omelettes and other breakfast items. Rooms always come with a separate living area from the bedrooms. This hotel location is a perfect spot not far from San Francisco.

It was the worst hotel experience. There was an event going on under our room that was loud all night and into the morning, that the staff didnt inform us of.The music kept my wife and I up all night. It was our anniversary and it was ruined by this.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Staff was super helpful and quick to respond and meet me at the new rooms it took all of about 3 minutes to change rooms 3 times.

I had to change rooms twice. The first room smelled like cigarettes, the second room smelled like marijuana, third times a charm and was fine.

The rooms are really dark and there was a receipt on the floor from target when we walked into the room.

This hotel is definitely a good choice for an overnight or longer stay. The evening reception was great, the breakfast was the best we had during our stay in the US and everything was clean, well working and well maintained.

Front desk staff was outstanding. Breakfast, nightly drinks & snacks, & overall assistance as a customer was great.

Flexible cancelation policy was not flexible. Their website said CDC recommendations required masks. That was not true, because when we arrived masks were not required.
