Convenience and Price

I booked 3 nights and had to cancel 2 nights. They could not do that at the desk, so I called the reservation phone number. The cancellation and refund were supposedly processed, but I have still not received a credit to my credit card. Please respond

Clean, well-lighted, felt safe

Nice room with a fridge, microwave and table.

Parking was tight, and I lost the parking space next to my room and had to park around the corner.

Location

Never received maid service. Loud staff near my door. Rude staff when questioned

It's close to work

I didn't get my room until after 3 it wasn't ready I had to make up my own bed there was food left in the refrigerator

No noise ,slept great

The receptionist never greeted me with a simple hello.he just asked me if I had a reservation

The price and location

The room had roaches and the washing machines and dryers didn't work that well

The bathroom needs improvement. The shower would not drain the first night. Fresher towels and shower materials such as body wash, shower cap, etc should be included next time.

Very convenient to nearby freeway

Sink slow to drain , needs more chairs, needs a mirror near clothes rack

No hot water! On the day we were leaving.had to wash my hair in cold water.

I couldn't get the internet or Wifi Cable One limited it kept going in and out

Close to venue

The ice machine has a sign above it that says, "Pet Waste Station." Need I say no more?

It was the staff, extremely friendly, accommodating what ever your needs or questions about the area. Constant attention to the cleanliness of grounds. Morning coffee was a big plus, 7-11 was just around the block. Easy highway access on or off.

I was located on second floor room and the bathroom floor had previous water damage , bubbled up wood and uneven.

The hotel staff, front desk person would not let us check into room because the room was paid for online using a different card than the one we had. They wouldn't let us pay over the phone either or use the card that we had in our possession.

It was a place to sleep.

Literally a roach motel. We had to drench the place in Raid. Our phone NEVER worked. I reported it and they never fixed it. The entire room was filthy. Walls, door handles, light switches, bathtub, towels. If I could give no stars I would.

What I like about this hotel with a location to my job

What I didn't like about the hotel is the insects and that the TV didn't work good

there is nothing to like in this motel

Front desk was not responsive. some guests were talking loudly in the middle of night for hours, drinking, smoking and the clerk was not available to warn them... it was awful night.

Location is great for our needs...close to Terrapin Crossroads for great food and entertainment...staff is great, clean rooms, on-site parking included and quiet for the location
