Staff was super helpful and very friendly.

Noise in room above but that?s not the hotels fault.

Eggs ran out quickly at the breakfast. The second day was better.

Loved the in room shower

Shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles were previously opened, so disgusting during covid times!! We had to strip bed and remake b/c it was made incorrectly. A/C did not hold constant temp overnight. Breakfast was 5 - 9 AM. Who gets up that early?

Convenient location for my visit. Fairly new hotel. Had stayed at this location previously and had a good experience.

Clean room

The grab and go breakfast was just one bagel that they offer. Very bad.

Air conditioner didn't really work and sounded as loud as a train. They have quiet time from 10pm but didn't enforce so there was a lot of noise until around 3am each night. They share a pool and a courtyard with another hotel so it was always crowded.

It was very clean and they took extra care to keep their guest as safe as possible while staying in their hotel.

The bathroom door was so large that it made it difficult to go from the bathroom into the rest of the room. I actual cut my foot from catching the corner of the door during the night.

Breakfast is a bagel in a bag. The pictures shown in the website show a real breakfast with eggs... Which is what I would expect in Fairfield Courtyard. Also the hotel is shown as Carlsbad area. It is not. San Marcos is 10+ miles inland by Escondido.

stagnant body odor smell in rooms that was gross and off putting that it made me ask to change rooms

Very clean! The hotel is on the newer side, first walking in the door it just felt fresh and clean, the bathroom was clean shiny white shower, no random hairs anywhere! Easy check in and out, great location, tons of restaurants in walking distance.

My son loved having the robot deliver his birthday cake!

There was hair in the bathroom and the phone and tables were greasy and dirty.

Nice new hotel! A robot will deliver a snack to your room, if you order. Nice AC. Nice big shower!

Room was very clean (I'm very picky, too)! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious - eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, yogurt...awesome selection! Location is beautiful
