It’s convenient to where we have to go. It’s clean, safe and the breakfast is great!

The location is perfect because my son attends CSUSM

The shower needs to be replaced, not just chaulked cracks, the carpet needs more than just a vacuum. Carpet cleaning s necessary.

the bathroom door opening, very difficult/awkward in the floor plan. Ended up propping door open with waste basket; then closet was blocked!

Location and the staff¿ friendliness and helpfulness. Hotel is a little dated, needs a good cleaning. Lamp bulb needed replacement and hair dryer in bathroom not working. Would have appreciated disposable cups in bathroom.

Quick access to the freeway. Neat and tidy room. The breakfast was great as well.

The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant.The hotel was super clean and access to the freeway was just one minute. The breakfast was delicious as well. I am looking forward to lodging there, again.

10 minutes to Green Gables wedding venue. Staff was outstanding, helped us check in early to one of our two rooms to get ready for the wedding. Breakfast was awesome.

There was a dog barking since 3 am in the morning. There was no one at front desk to let them know. At time of checking out the line was too long to let them know.

Decent pool area, everything was clean, breakfast was standard.

It was a satisfactory stay. The price was the best part of the deal.

Major complaint was the heater/air conditioning unit. It was loud and the fan blew either hot air or cool air while I was working at the table. Hotels should have central air and heating. Noise very disturbing at night while trying to sleep.

The Room was clean but the Stuff was not very friendly I compare the Southern end of the Country to the Western part your stuff sucks at the Western Part of the Country, I ask the Gentlemen for a snack he stated loudly it was for Diamond members only.

First of all I am a diamond member my room was booked through a 3rd party. I am a Hilton Honors Time share owner... He was very rude. I always stay at the Hampton Inns all of the Country. Not Satisfied with this stay.. Staff very unfriendly..

The location was the best for driving around the San Diego county.

The room size was fine but the bathroom was awkward. It had no vanity but a tiny little shelf to hold toiletries and the shower was awkward as well. The coffee maker and phone were broken the whole stay as no one fixed either while we stayed.

Convenient location. Free parking, Wi-fi and breakfast.

I would have liked to have an AC outlet on the bedside tables for charging cell phones or plugging in my laptop.

There was nothing my wife and I liked about this hotel

This hotel was very loud for most all of the night. This hotel does not enforce quiet hours. There were people comming and going throughout the night. I had to get up at 1:30 AM to complain with the front desk.
