Located off Interstate 5, Best Western Capistrano Inn features an outdoor pool and rooms with free WiFi and a cable TV. The Shops at Mission Viejo Mall is just 4.8 mi away. Two blocks away from Mission San Juan Capistrano. A microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine are provided in each room. Each warmly decorated room includes a seating area and work desk. Balconies available in various room types. Guests can take advantage of the hot tub by the pool ,access to our gift shop is available from 7am to 10pm daily, or the 24-hour front desk. Doheny State Beach is just a 10-minute drive from the Best Western Capistrano Inn, and the Laguna Art Museum is a 20-minute drive away. Disneyland is a 40 minutes drive.

Pros +
- Very accommodating front desk service. The young lady checked us in early and was extremely helpful
- Room smelled cleaned and I had no issues finding parking close to my room. Location off the highway is very convenient and restaurants are 5min away.
- It ws beautiful and quiet considering how close to the freeway it was.
Cons -
- Bathroom could use renovation. The door lock did not seem very secure.
- It was hard to get into the hotel due to its closeness to the freeway unless you were turning right. The signage needs to be better to see for hotel entrance. And my bathroom door was dented and not able to close.
- Nice hotel yet older and needs a little bit of work. Slept well and breakfast was very good.
