All staff were VERY respectful/courteous/officiant/kind. ALL front desks people were fabulous, But Sam was the first to answer a call from me and she was my favorite person! She really made me feel welcomed and she went out of her way to get me hot water to sip on for my morning lap swim. Please tell her I think she's GREAT!ALSO, the drivers of the shuttle car were PERFECT. I don't remember their names, but they were GREAT. They both made us welcomes, picking up/dropping off to the train station!
Not that this is not expected but the bar seating area got a lil messy with all the people coming and going. I just think having an attendant to keep an eye on a lil cleanup between customers leaving their drinkware and table messes behind while others come to sit where it was not cleaned up. I had to move the past customer's mess for my family to have use of the space.
