Liked the location, in regard to our event at the SAP Center. Although the parking is on the pricey side…. It is new, very clean, very secure and very close to the hotel. The hotel entrance was very inviting, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, HVAC units worked well and were quiet, plenty of towels and accessories…..would stay here again.
We had read that the parking situation could be problematic. And was cause for worry. Apparently the Convention Center is just north of the hotel and the Civic Center and theater are just west of it. These two venues can cause the hotel to reach its maximum occupancy. When these scenarios play out, there may not be enough on site “paid parking” ($45) for all of the guest. We were assured that there would be plentiful parking as it was a week day….and no other major events were scheduled. As a result, there was plenty of parking stalls available. So, the parking issue may be hit and miss.

It’s a good location
Never got my deposit back even though the room was clean, I took the trash out myself and even refolded the towels. Rather go somewhere where they will give me my money back. Came here twice, and both times I wasn’t returned any deposit.

Clean, secure, friendly, courteous staff who was always available and helped with whatever we needed. Breakfast was amazing as well, we always appreciate the hot breakfast and the staff was on top of everything as far as making sure everything was filled and not left empty.
Not enough mirrors in the hotel room it would have been nice to have a mirror above the desk since there are outlets there, it would have been convenient to do my hair and not always have to wait for the bathroom. Small detail though, other than that everything was good ?

Rooms were comfy and large
Breakfast was bushleague and coffee was like colored water. Property including staff was below the advertised ratings and hurt my impressions of the brand.

We loved the King Suite, it was perfect for our weekend stay, very roomy and comfortable. The continental breakfast was AWESOME. The location was excellent and we felt safe walking very late at night. Parking was easy. Overall, it was an excellent hotel experience.
I wish we had more free waters or filtered water available on each floor. The sink water did not taste that bad though.

Location is great. Despite airport being not far, planes are not too loud at night or morning.

staff was friendly and welcoming
there are no clear signs on where to pull up for valet. its been 3years and they still haven’t figured out a better solution to parking instructions.
