• The gentleman at the front desk was top notch. He sent the shuttle to come get us when we dropped off our rental car before we even called. Great customer service.
• Really nice facility¿ nicely laid out engaging entry. Like the little store by front desk. Add more variety and more health conscious options. A little confusing as to whether any of it is free? The tea station? Also an excellent staff, very helpful

Cons -

• Bar area wasn?t open.

• The rooms were great ¿ ¿ very nicely laid out. The one thing I noticed, was that the tile, and Tree gets filthy, and the entry right into the bathroom is kind of gnarly, because many people are wearing their shoes directly into that area after shower
