it was close to restaurants and downtown area

Room smelled like old and dirty clothes or socks. the beds were not as comfortable and need to be updated. At times it would get noisy with the outside traffic.

This hotel is clean, has parking and is easy to get too, and NOT downtown!

This is my go-to hotel when I visit SF. The desk staff is very nice and helpful.

Overall, this motel provides the essentials you need for a trip in the city: a great location, friendly and accommodating staff, and really good pricing.

other than really tight parking spots and the need for an occasional dusting in the corner ceiling/upper walls of rooms, there isn't anything to dislike about this motel. Again, it provides all the essentials you need for a stay in the city.

The location was perfect for our needs. The room was very clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. I did not expect perfection but it was much more than satisfactory. I would definitely stay there again. Free coffee in the room was very nice.

The room was much smaller than I had imagined, with barely any room on either side of the two beds. The bathroom was very small with only a shower stall with no bath tub. No free breakfast.

Carpet fraying badly. Tight fit between bed and approach to bathroom. Somewhat noisy at times (unsure if guests or street). No breakfast as advertised (Covid) but no brown bag option? Parking quite limited.

The motel is on a busy street, limited on site parking, was told not to leave anything visible in my car by front desk person, city characters on sidewalk, keep to yourself, don't flash your money or jewelry, good eats -walkable.

Even though it was close to a busy street our room was quiet and with the comfy bed we both got a good night sleep. Plus it was right next to a bus stop making bus transportation super easy.

Room was clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. A few chinese and japanese resturants at walking distance, so getting food wasn't an issue. Location is not bad either, 15 min by bus from Golden gate bridge. Has a big neon sign outside making it easy to spot

Expected a better breakfast than just coffee, since I had to pay over --- bucks per night.

Clean, new bathroom, parking included, close to museums and restaurants, on bus route, good beds, big TV, good AC.

I liked that it was near UCSF. I liked the breakfast. I liked that it had parking.

I didn't like that there was long black hair in more than one place in the room. It had not been 100% clean. The carpet was sticky and dirty feeling. The parking spaces were extremely tight.

The hotel staff is very friendly. He provided us the map and tips that enabling us to explore San Francisco successfully. He helped to make our trip successful.

The hotel room was clean. Also, the night manager caught and reversed a charge that somehow was added to my credit card for a double booking.

Breakfast - the description says that there is a free breakfast included. My definition of breakfast is something more than prepackaged muffins and coffee. The day manager was rude. Needs to improve her customer service skills.
