Location is great, easy to access all areas, felt safe walking around. Staff were exceptional helpful and friendly., Rooms clean and beds comfy. Could do with some extra lighting in the main part of the rooms, a little bit of street noise can be hard from rooms closer to the road, car park area. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great. The staff friendly and helpful.
Kcups in room for coffee but there was only a kettle, no coffee machine. Their grab and go market is only available in the evenings .

Clean and tidy, everything was as expected and the rooms are decent size, staff very friendly and would recommend. Bonus of including parking on some options.
The rooms needed some kind of tea and coffee facilities as this lacked. Or keep the morning breakfast tea and coffee station available throughout the day.

The hotel is fantastic, great staff, great location, great facilities.
The even numbered rooms at the back of the hotel that overlook Beach Street are very noisy due to there being bins there which are collected very early in the morning. I tried one on the ground floor and one on the 5th floor. Recommend asking for an odd numbered room.

Very central location, close to all types of transport and easy walking to many attractions and eateries. Very comfy beds, rooms nice size, great showers, nice pool, everything you need
Could be quite noisy at night due to rogue drivers! Bar didn’t open until 5pm.

Great location close to Fisherman’s Wharf and the boat to Alcatraz. The hotel was cool with fun facilities for teens/kids, although we didn’t have time to experience most of them. Comfortable beds and rooms, all very clean. Well equipped gym and good value overall.
We could hear the family in the room next door (there was a connecting door), although not a major issue. We had two rooms next to each other but no connecting door unfortunately but I appreciate this may have been unavoidable.
