Pros +
- Great staff everywhere. Excellent dinner at Bistro, wonderful wine list.
- Consistency of 4+ star experience over many years and stays in varied rooms.
- The greeters at the front door, were extremely welcoming with no bias behaviors.
Cons -
- Had to call down to get a TV remote brought to the room, there was no pen and paper in the room and I had to request a pen to fill out the breakfast order form. The fridge was not cold and was a former pay per item fridge.
- Housekeeping knocks on the door too early each day to make up room. 8 am is too early to seek access to clean a guest room.
- The front check in staff was rude, I asked about parking once we arrived, and she informed me of the price 87.00 per night, then she assumed that myself and husband could not afford the parking and said if you can't afford this there is public parking.
