- The staff was great! We ran into a few issues and they remedied them quickly and professionally.
- Great staff everywhere. Excellent dinner at Bistro, wonderful wine list.
- Consistency of 4+ star experience over many years and stays in varied rooms.
Cons -
- No. We were thoroughly impressed. Cleaned, wonderful bed and sheets. Beautiful rooms. Great food and drink options
- Had to call down to get a TV remote brought to the room, there was no pen and paper in the room and I had to request a pen to fill out the breakfast order form. The fridge was not cold and was a former pay per item fridge.
- Housekeeping knocks on the door too early each day to make up room. 8 am is too early to seek access to clean a guest room.
