Nice employees who helped me check in given that there we no more rooms . Place seemed clean when I walked in .
The location, It is in the tenderloin but the hotel was clean and had a private bathroom

Hotel was in a very dangerous part of town. The hotel was not clean. There was no A/C in rooms, and fans provided were literally broken. Holes in walls with tissue stuffed in them, loud and noisy tenants over night. Staff was not welcoming, or helpful.
Bad location . Dirty room . Noise . Homless people .
The location of the room was in front of the street so it was loud as soon as it hit 5 am in the morning . Ideal location would be a room in the back . The bed spring could have been better and maybe the sheets could have been dusted for dust bugs .
