Pros +

The price is right. It's one of my three top budget hotels. It's older, but the beds are new and really comfortable. The TVs are 40 inch with all the DISH channels. The shared bathrooms are very clean. There's a sink. The owners are really nice.
Quiet.  Hotel employee on the spot to open doors. In the heart of downtown I guess. Many homeless. Not too bad of a Hotel.

Cons -

There was an infestation of some insect and the hotel was unable to voluntarily refund me for the rest of the nights booked. I had to show proof of the bites I got and evidence of the creatures. Eventually got a refund but doesn?t make up for the trauma
The area is sad. Homeless. They won't bother you. A block away on Market Street its fine.
I could not have visitors over even if they showed ID.

Loved the price, location, staff

Wish there was more ability to cool down the room. Additionally since it is unsafe to do street parking and you have to move your car before 6-7am everyday, I wish the hotel had a partnership with the parking garage that is across the street.
