The front desk clerk was so nice, the parking was easy and secure, it was walking distance to my venue, the neighborhood is cute, and the room was well appointed and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
Great location close to bus stop, restaurants, and city attractions. Clean, quiet, well-appointed rooms and safe and convenient parking garage.
Location in the city of S.F. The room itself (not just comfortable but luxurious). Helpfulness of day AND night staffers.

Cons -

There is nothing. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional.
SF is crowded, thus difficult to find parking. The hotel offered free parking in the online billing info. It was indeed crowded, & returning later at night seemingly NOT available. The staff helped, but it was uncertain. So that wasn't a real plus.
No refrigerator available to store medication that requires refrigeration
