Pros +
- Location & price
- Location! You can easily walk down to where the Alcatraz tour boat docks and there are a lot of stores and things to see along the way.
- Location
Cons -
- Ventilation in rooms needs improvement & there needs to be regular seasonal inspections for Bed Bugs. There are hundreds if not thousands of travellers sharing the same room annually it is inevitable that BED BUGS show up. Regular inspections & treatment!
- The stuff doesn t bother to sort out problems. There was another person in the bed assigned to me.I had to sort this out myself.
- Despite asking for help after being woken up by the third person she had mistakenly sent to sleep in my bed, the desk manager came out to insult me while I was loading up to leave. I will be recommending skipping this hotel to every review site I can find
