Decent one-bedroom apartments if you need this with a accessible location. But any walk North is a steep uphill and not ideal.

Several things worth noting: 1) the concierge was fairly aggressive and will push you to join the sales presentation 2) room wasn't that clean and shower was leaking 3) no breakfast or pool

Upscale looking hotel but super affordable.Great, unexpected amenities in the room. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances & basics. Giant bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Staff is helpful. Key access to building for safety

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, with kitchenette that we were grateful to have as we were traveling with our two kiddos. Hotel was walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and two blocks from cable cars and bus pickup areas. So nice!

The room was great, very complete amenities, comfortable, usable space.

The Internet barely worked (slow connection for an hour). Mostly no connection, inadequate help desk support with no follow through. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable after a couple hours. The safe only errored.

I requested an ADA room for one of the 2 rooms I booked and the hotel honored it plus the other room was upgraded to the Presidential suite to my pleasant surprise! Thank you. My family and I got together after 7 years (minus my Dad plus my young niece and nephew) for my wedding amidst my mom’s terminal diagnosis. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The room was very clean and spacious. Nice hotel and a very friendly team.

We had just completed a 7 day campervan road trip and needed to wash our clothes. The washer on our floor and the one two floors away kept rinsing rather than spinning so we couldn’t get our soaked clothes dry to wear.

Rachel, our concierge, was amazingly kind and helpful! She made us feel at home and welcome, and she went the extra mile to help us find good vegan restaurants. Thank you, Rachel! We also liked the recreation room quite a bit.

One of the blankets smelled really bad. That said, the staff was wonderful and brought us a new one within 5 minutes.

Location is great, easy to get an Uber, can walk to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. Specious room and shower.

Kitchen appliances need updating, the toaster was not in a good shape. The room had layers of dust on the heaters. Can pay more attention to cleaning and upkeep.

Located in a quiet and safe area, walkable to cable car station, Chinatown and close to union square.Staff in front desk was very considerable, we were all tired after a very early flight to SF, he find an available room to checked us in the morning, very appreciated.

Walk distance to Trader Joe’s but No cooktop in the kitchenette,only a microwave.Wi-Fi not good.

No restaurant. I've never been to a hotel without a restaurant. Homeless people invasion is an understatement outside urinating and freaking out. We felt very unsafe.

Everyone was so kind to us, we were having a lot of problems, which the hotel immediately solved. The place was nice, the location is also great, it was a perfect starting point for us to discover the city!

Convenient location, comfortable rooms and exceptional staff. Shauna made our stay brilliant and was really helpful with tips to make our time in San Francisco perfect!

Quiet room, central location.

Very pushy sales people. We were lured to a separate lobby desk to pick up our "welcome packet" after check-in. We thought that meant a quick drop by to get a baggie with water and toiletries or something. Instead, the sales people at that desk asked us a lot of leading questions about our stay that we felt were invasive and time-wasting, started to give unsolicited advice on particular attractions / businesses, and then tried to convince us to join a 90-minute (!) presentation for "membership." This isn't the kind of experience we want at a hotel.
