The location of the hotel was AMAZING. We loved how close we were to Japantown, and it made it super easy to reach restaurants, shops, and more.
The pillows were a bit too soft and weren't super comfortable.

Mattress and bedding were exceptional! Great Location! Very Quiet property! Friendly helpful staff. efficient check in and out! They remembered our anniversary at front desk! That was impressive! Thank you!
corner king balcony room that was a little dated and under appointed. No sitting area other than desk chair for what was a supposed upgraded room.

Upon check-in, staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was very clean leading to a great first impression. Our room was spacious and very clean. Thoughtful touches like q-tips and cotton balls set it apart. It was nice and quiet. A calm oasis in a hectic city.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds
- Old hotel overall, old in-room amenities like fridge, TV- Sheets weren’t changed in 5 days we stayed, just the bed was made up- Smelly carpet

The beds were very soft and comfortable. The room was clean. I like when the bathroom has the vanity in the same room as the shower as this one did. The hotel did have their own parking under the hotel, that was good because it made me feel safer about having to park my car in the city. It was a small parking garage though.
Everything was great! We did have to pay for parking, but that is not uncommon in the city.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. And the coffee provided in the morning was delicious!
