Cons -
- Parking coat $40 a night.
- Winter in SF and the heater was broken. Unable to switch rooms or offer a discount. Staff offered two space heaters, which blew the breaker. Bed was very lumpy. Room was clean at least. Would not stay here again.
- The room booked was much smaller than pictures. In our first room, the power went out. We were moved to a different room where the heat didn't work. Except for a staff member in the evening, staff were generally rude. We moved hotels.
