- Center located , easy simple and little gym
- Everything was pretty great. There were a couple minor things out of sort at the start, but maintenance was quick to fix them and the rest of our stay was easy. We had a jack and Jill room.
- the location being close to the cable cars and the Bart rail system.

- Reception counter is in another building, which is not informed earlier. The condition of lift is also not good.
- Not having someone to meet at the front desk and having to go down the street to another hotel to check in and pick up the keys. I had also booked a room with a bathroom and instead wound up with a room with the shared bathroom and shower.
