They had sheets and pillows/cases and a comforter.

Poor with supplying the rooms with conditioner toothpaste enough towels. Poor/no room service.

Location was convenient close to Market St & Metro bus & subway. The rooms had private bathrooms The rooms were newly renovated & clean. The WiFi connection in the room was excellent. Price was very reasonable for the city. The window opens for fresh

Perfect walking distance to Japantown, and Chinatown.

I asked for more pillows, because the pillows were somewhat thin, and I only recieved 1 extra pillow and the parking was tight. Plus, it is on the worst street in the worst part of Dan Francisco, but I had no problems with the transients.

The sheets were the only thing in the room cleaned

No ice maker no soda machine both were broken and the ice box wasn¿t working and mold in the bathroom the floor was not mopped right

They made us wait until 6 o'clock to check in and wanted us out before 11 am. The room was somewhat clean ,the thermostat on the heater didn't work so it's was hot one minute the next it was freezing. But the staff all and all were pleasant and helpful

The cleanliness was something to be desired

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-14-2023

It was remodeled though I would prefer carpeting or wood floors instead of tile.

The chairs were absolutely filthy. I did not sit on them. There were no cabinets to put (used) clothes in. No clock. Winos. druggies and mentally ill people (these people were beyond hope so don't say homeless) were in abundance a 1/2 block away.

    Safe and convenient

Ice machine and vending machine, elevator are not working

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-18-2022

The location worked for what we were in town for.

The hotel was quite a bit more beat up than I expected from the rating. But it was quiet at night and nothing made us feel unsafe.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-10-2022

Room was clean & was serviced on our 2 night stay.

Didn¿t feel comfortable. Checking in was on a window where key and credit card are passed through a small ledge. The window says because of Covid yati yati yata¿. The door sensor to our room is broken & swiping your key card will take a few tries .

    Location

Old elevator, parking limited, no breakfast,

    1CatherinePosted on: 8-26-2021

The location was the only good thing about the place. It was clean.

The place was loud. Workers started banging above our head at 6 am until I complain and they started at 8 the following day. I emailed the manager and I was ignored. The place is surrounded by homeless.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-8-2021

    Location and price

There was a slightly sewer smell in the room and lots of noise from homeless people or other guest late at night.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-30-2021

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Elevator did not fit all the luggage for two people but at leadt it worked.

They woke me up at 7 am with loud building shaking jack hammers on the bottom level shaking the whole building then called me at 8 am asking me to move my car was in same spot as night before so they could add more construction trucks. Sleep was hard

Nothing in a shady area, paper thin wall, people hanging out in stairway and listening to music that came in loud and clear til 2 am. Lady yelling and physically threatening another guest more then once...I was scared. Such a shady shady area

I hated everything the bed was uncomfortable, the walls were thin, the area was awful.
