The staff was very helpful and friendly

I didn’t mind the noise, but it’s in a part of town that can get very noisy at night

it was remodeled and looks presentable.

They didn't provide us any ice or no ice machine. Didn't make any sense. I didn't like how they couldn't provide any extra pillows. So I was uncomfortable. Also a service fee was charged on top of vehicle parking.

The 1st room that I had was perfect, no complaints. I stayed a total of 6 days and they switched my room half way thru. The 2nd room smelled of mold and I immediately went down to ask to change. They moved me to another one that had a broken AC

The front desk guy was a total jerk. Totally freaked out on me when I had a friend visit told me that I would kick me out if I have visitors. Nowhere on the website mentions this and when I checked in it wasn't mentioned either.

We did NOT stay at this hotel. The room stunk, had earplugs on the beating for a reason, and the exterior doors were unacceptable in that neighborhood. Hugely overpriced and I am expecting my money back.

Unfortunately the city needs to clean up the area. Not the fault of the hotel.

Basic and no heat, they charge extra for guest.They'll even go as far as claim the water on the wood tables is not from a hot shower

Won't tell you about a 5 dollar fee until the next day, first they'll convince you to use CASH deposit verses debit or credit card for the dollars the next day that they'll ask you for.

I absolutely did not like nothing about this hotel the man at the front desk horrible the room is not like mold loud noisy area it just all overall absolute awful experience

The hotel took the money from my debit card, but would not allow me and my son to stay there because it was not a credit card and did not refund me my money back

Location and price.

The staff are in your business. Parking is an issue - and it?s 20.00 a day. Don?t take my word for it - you?ll see for yourself. Can?t beat the location. Super strange experience!

The rooms were clean and smelled good. They cleaned the parking lot every morning. Mission st . always smells like urine. But this little family run hotel was like water in a desert.

Hotel charges very reasonable room and parking rates. Central, convenient location. 24 hour, frequently running bus in front of the hotel. Well stocked rooms (toiletries, coffee) and micro/fridge for budget travellers. Clean, flowers hanging outside.

It is in a gentryifying neighborhood and near a social services office so there are a lot of homeless people. It is kept safely locked and monitored. Police patrol often. Staff does everything it can, e.g. ear plugs.

Refrigerator does not work and there was no ice available even though there is an icebox in the room. The rooms are on 2nd floor and above and they require key access but the court yard on the first floor is open (where parking is). A bit noisy at nigh

Toilet seat cover was chipped, the toilet was not fully bolted. The water had low pressure and would run out of hot water real quick. The microwave was dirty. some of the fixtures were not clean and outdated. Outside was full of homeless and drug activit

The staff was really nice and the room was clean and comfortable

Very friendly and caring staff, the room was sparkling clean. It's great for business travel. No thrills but felt comfortable & convenient. First hotel in a while where each lamp worked with multiple comfortable power outlets to plug my notebook & phone.

The only issue was loud screaming on the street nearby in the middle of the night, but that was beyond the hotel's control. Also, no early morning banging on the door from cleaning staff. Enjoyed my morning.

Right down the street from where the event I was going to. Oh and there was a doughnut shop right across that street and that is awesome lol

Ok the furniture looked nice and all but the TV was WAY too small and the carpet was still wet from cleaning UGH. The wet carpet was truly disgusting. They should have waited for it to dry.
